Wordfinder is played on a board consisting of 10x10 squares, filled with random letters. The goal of Wordfinder is to find as many words as possible as quickly as possible.
Each round the player tries to find the given words on the board as quickly as possible. These are randomly (horizontally, vertically, reversed) and placed the same for both players. If a player is unable to find all words, he can give up to end the round. However, the number of words found takes priority over time when determining the winner of the round (more words found wins over a faster time). If both players didn't find any words, the round ends in a draw.
The game ends after 5 rounds. The player that won the most rounds wins the game.
